What You Can Expect from Us

You will go through a series of interview rounds, engaging with staff at various levels, including our senior leaders. The number and type of interviews will vary based on the role, the office you are aligning with, and your experience level.

Our case interviews allow us to see how you approach the real challenges we help our clients solve. These interviews help us understand how you structure complex problems, identify important inquiries, and get a glimpse into the type of work we do. Cases are designed to be collaborative and interactive.
Experience interviews are similar to traditional job interviews. They provide us with an opportunity to learn about your background, achievements, motivations, and what excites you about joining Preppid.
For specific roles, we need to assess your technical skills. Similar to case interviews, these assessments help us understand how you use your programming and analytical skills to solve problems. These sessions are meant to be collaborative and conversational.
